While the Clean Crew (Yellow Shirts), Information PPL (Blue shirts) and TPD (Black shirts) are a bit more frequent in the CBD then they used to be. They are still not overly common to see along the Riverwalk or the perimeter park system (ie Curtis Hixon). I do not believe a kiosk is needed. But I do think a patrol route should be in effect for all three of these groups just to create the presense of authority to help deter vandalism and make visitors feel safe. For some reason people think downtown is a haven for crime, which I do not believe to be accurate.
